Hello, I’m Steph, founder of Manta Solutions.
As I reflect on the various professional hats I’ve worn over the past 20 years- establishing training, marketing, and HR programs-one constant theme has emerged across each industry and role I’ve undertaken.
I have constantly been the source of knowledge collection, curation and design, transforming the way teams and businesses communicate information.
I’ve collaborated with countless teams to successfully create single-sources of truth and achieve the best outcomes for business owners, employees and customers.
Though each unique project I have seen the power of information design. The ability to clearly communicate to your intended audience is vital to business growth.
I enjoy diving into the finer details and simplifying complex information to empower employees and customers to make informed decisions.
To date, I’ve worked with many start-up businesses to document and translate complex systems, processes, software and technology, enabling global growth.
Additionally I’ve worked with established businesses to help busy employees quickly access and process the sheer volume of information they are expected to be across at any given time.
